Cases We Handle

Every malpractice case is different. With our decades of collective experience, our nationwide FTCA lawyers have handled just about every type of medical malpractice case imaginable.  We challenge anyone to show they have broader or better experience.

The list below is NOT exhaustive but it represents the types of cases we see the most:

Birth Injury

Birth injuries often include the failure to treat maternal illness, delivery method failure, fetal distress, fetal heart abnormalities, and other injuries at birth.

Negligence

We believe doctors and nurses should be held accountable for their actions when negligent. If someone caused your injury or a loved one's death, or failed to properly treat their illness, they should be held responsible.

Cancer

Failure to diagnose or treat cancers including breast cancer, colon cancer, lung cancer, prostate cancer, cervical cancer, and more.

Surgical Errors

There are many types of surgical errors, including: unnecessary procedures, surgical objects left in body, infection, internal damage, and more. These errors usually result in high medical bills, and in extreme cases, even death.

Misdiagnosis

Missed diagnosis cases can involve nearly any disease or injury, most of which we’ve seen—from the delay or failure to diagnose heart conditions to internal bleeding to the failure to diagnose broken bones. No matter the type of disease or injury, the earlier the diagnosis the better.
